AudiophileStream started in 2023 from a simple problem: many music enthusiasts in India wanted to experience TIDAL and Qobuz, but getting started, setting things up and keeping everything working was not always straightforward.
What began as helping fellow audiophiles eventually grew into a community-driven service focused on access, setup and long-term assistance.
Our story
In 2023, we wanted to explore TIDAL and Qobuz ourselves.
Both services offered the kind of lossless and Hi-Res listening experience many audiophiles were looking for, but for users in India, getting started was often less straightforward than simply downloading an app and subscribing.
As we figured things out for ourselves, we began helping friends and members of audiophile communities do the same.
That meant helping with access, account setup, app installation, renewals, playback issues and getting TIDAL or Qobuz working properly with different Hi-Fi systems and devices.
What started informally through the community gradually became AudiophileStream.
Grown through the community
AudiophileStream has grown primarily through the audiophile community, referrals and recommendations from existing members.
Today, our private Facebook community has 3,000+ members, bringing together music lovers, audiophiles, audio professionals and Hi-Fi businesses.
More than 1,000 listeners have been assisted through AudiophileStream.
The service has evolved over time, but the underlying idea remains the same:

An AudiophileStream membership
For listeners who want to experience both services, Flex lets you switch between TIDAL and Qobuz within one AudiophileStream membership.
One service is active at a time, with a minimum 7-day interval between switches and no additional switching fee.

Customers often continue to need help later, whether that is renewing access, signing in on a new device, configuring a streamer, understanding an app or resolving an account-related issue.
That is why ongoing assistance remains a core part of AudiophileStream.
